Info

SaveCantonese adds their volunteers into a data system and gives them access to their workspaces. However, inactive members must be removed to avoid clutter and potential security breaches. The volunteer managers, Alyson and Sarah, track members activity every week through a manual and complex process involving Zoom and Slack.

Solution

Build a standalone web app that consists of a dashboard and people page, streamlining management operations on a simple, consolidated platform. The system will:

  • Automatically identify inactive volunteers

  • Recommend actions like 'Follow Up,' 'Snooze,' or 'Remove,'

  • Write these recommendations directly into the onboarding sheet every two weeks

KEY FEATURES:

IMPACT:

Upload CSV files, parsing data of all volunteers in the system

Flagging inactivity and giving recommendations based on flagged

Filtering & searching for volunteers based on the criteria input

Eliminating manual inactivity checks by 100%

Reducing volunteer management workload by 70%
